Who handles your information

Independent Bathroom & Plumbing Solutions is responsible for the personal information you provide when enquiring about our services. For questions or requests about your information, email independentbathroomsinstall@gmail.com.

Enquiries

The form collects your project type, name, postcode or area, email address, preferred timeframe and project details. We use these details to respond, discuss the work and prepare a quotation where appropriate. Please do not include medical conditions, diagnoses or other sensitive personal information.

We handle enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running a secure website. Providing these details is your choice; without contact and project information we may be unable to respond or assess the work. You can email us directly instead of using the form.

Form delivery and service providers

Formspree processes and stores form submissions and is configured to send email notifications to Independent Bathroom & Plumbing Solutions at its business email address. Built By Blackwell provides website support but is not the configured email-notification recipient. Enquiries are handled for Independent Bathrooms; they are not added to a marketing list.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request logs for delivery, security and spam prevention. Email providers process messages when you contact us or receive a reply.

Some providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their privacy and data-processing arrangements describe how they handle and protect that information: Formspree privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy .

Retention and access

Enquiry information is held in Formspree and the receiving email accounts. It is retained as needed to respond and follow up, manage any resulting work, meet applicable record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. The appropriate retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and any relevant legal requirements; there is no fixed retention period stated here. Access is limited to those handling the enquiry and supporting these services.

Cookies and external services

The website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Google Fonts supplies the fonts. TrustATrader supplies its logo, rating and customer reviews through its official external widget. The optional review widget is not requested until you choose to load it. Loading external resources sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information and page referrer to those providers. The optional review widget loads only when you choose “Show customer reviews”. Its responses may set third-party cookies, including load-balancing and session cookies. Your choice is held in memory for this visit, without setting a consent cookie. You can leave it unloaded and use the profile link instead. Links to the TrustATrader website are subject to its own privacy and cookie arrangements.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion, restriction or object to its use. Data portability may also apply.
